Belle of Bedford Straight Rye (107.47

The
respected name
of Hughes Bros.
Distilling has been resurrected by Cyrus
Kehyari, great-great-grandson of the original
founder, with straight rye whiskey distilled
in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, to specifications
in keeping with the Hughes Bros. historic
house style. Every barrel is carefully
selected, the rye proofed with water from
the Allegheny mountain spring on the original
family estate in Bedford, Pennsylvania,
and each release is bottled by hand.

Torress
Jamie I Brandy
A special 30 year old brandy from Torres, named for the
founder of
the
House, Jaime Torres Vendrell. It's
a blend of brandies from their oldest
soleras, including Parellada wines
originally destined for the Torres
10 aged for an extra chunk of time
and a small amount of their rare 1972
Folle Blanche eaux-de-vie. The Bodegas Torres brandies
continue to reap international awards. Jaime I
has been selected as the world’s best brandy
at the prestigious World Drinks Awards 2015

KOMAGATAKE
2019
This
limited release of
10,000 bottles was aged
entirely in ex-Bourbon /
American White Oak
barrels, and is said to
include both peated and
unpeated spirit, matured
in Shinshu.
Color:
Light yellow gold.
Nose: Vanilla
and toasted oak,
slightly smoky
toasted banana
bread, oat cakes and
faint wafts of
smoke.
Palate: Toffee
and caramel, then
some ripe plum,
orange zest, pot
pouri. With time,
some floral pear
notes emerge.
Finish: Long,
citrus with a floral
lingering smoke
